Be Kind – Lets get through this together.

Step 4 of roadmap is finally here, its only right that we look at the government guidance cautiously. Although its called ‘freedom day’ there are a few measures that businesses are expected to keep in place. We want to continue doing the right thing to protect both our colleagues and customers.

Here is what you can still expect to see in store:

Sanitiser stations will be available at multiple points around the store. We would encourage all customers to use this when they enter.

All other strict cleaning regimes will also continue across the whole site.

Customer trolleys/Baskets are sanitised after each use.

Till screens will remain in place.

Restaurant screens will remain in place where necessary .

Our restaurant will still be spaced out into other areas.

Our Charity Crazy Golf is now open.

Our Soft play area is now open. Non-Bookable. Sessions will start on the hour, please speak to one of our restaurant team for further information.

Our Animal experience is available to book now, we will keep certain distancing measures in place for these type of events.

Track & Trace is no longer mandatory. However, the government are encouraging continued use of the QR code. This will be available at our restaurant entrance.

Our restaurant will still be operating as table service. There’s no need to book, just come along and will get you seated.

Masks/Coverings are no longer mandatory for colleagues or customers; however, the government ‘expects & recommends’ people to continue wearing them especially in indoor settings.

A personal note from us
While measures such as social distancing are no longer mandatory its important to note that some customers and colleagues will still want their space respected. Please be aware of this while in store with us.
