Can I use gift cards online


We are sorry, but at the moment payment can only be made using credit/debit cards or Paypal.




Can I place an order over the phone?


At present, orders can only be taken online.




What products can and can't be refunded?


Anything perishable cannot be returned or refunded. Because plants are living products, we can't offer refunds unless they arrive damaged. We will refund all other products whether they are damaged or you change your mind.




Am I able to cancel my order online?


In most circumstances, it is not possible to make changes to your order once it has been picked. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you if you request one within 14 days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge, but excludes the products listed as exemptions. You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return goods to us. After this date, you will not be eligable for a refund. Please call us on 01908 281161 Mon-Sat 9am-5pm if you wish to cancel your order.




How long do I have to return a product?


You have 28 days to return a product to us.




Can I add to or change an existing order?


We are sorry, but in most circumstances it is not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it. If you wish to change details of your delivery address, remove any items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact us on 01908 281161 Mon-Sat 9am-5pm. Please br ready to quote your order number.
