SHIPPING & RETURNS
Customer notice: We will do our best to pick the plants requested, but where some items are not available we will make suitable substitutions.
We currently deliver Plants, Garden & other products (excluding furniture) up to 15 miles from store to the below postcodes only.
Our current delivery is Saturday.
Furniture is up to 30 miles from store.
Due to corona virus social distancing measures are in place. Please do not approach our drivers, they will deliver to a front garden/driveway and knock your door so you know they have been.
If your postcode isn't listed above but falls within 15miles of our store please contact us and will see what we can do!
All our GARDEN, PLANT & OTHER PRODUCTS (excluding furniture) deliveries are up to 15 miles from store.
Due to the weight of compost bags all compost orders will have an £8 delivery charge applied.
All our FURNITURE SETS over £500 will have free delivery up to 30 miles from store.
Benches & Free arm Parasols will have a delivery fee of £25
Anything perishable cannot be returned or refunded. Because plants are living products, we can't offer refunds unless they arrive damaged. If plants do arrive damaged we will ask for a photo to be sent to us before we process any refund. We will refund all other products whether they're damaged or you change your mind withing 28 days. After this date, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge, but excludes the products listed as exemptions.
