We are looking for a team member admin to join our stock team! Includes 1 day of weekend work.

Annualised hours: 27

Off peak 25 hours (15 weeks per year)

Base hours 27.5 (rest of the year)

Overtime will be available on top of this.

Tuesday to Saturday

Day: Off Peak Base
Tuesday 11:00-4:00 10:30-4:00
Wednesday 11:00-4:00 10:30-4:00
Thursday 11:00-4:00 10:30-4:00
Friday 11:00-4:00 10:30-4:00
Saturday 11:00-4:00 10:30-4:00

All deliveries are received and managed by our stock team, but before they can get the job done some admin work is required. We are looking for an admin assistant that can complete the following:

  • Uploading and managing barcodes, retails and cost prices on the back stock system. (A good understanding of excel is needed. Further training can be given on the stock system)
  • Other duties as required within the department and wider store including supporting restaurant operations & using a till as needed.
  • Our stock lines change regularly (in line with the season etc), therefore you will need to be constantly working with the stock manager thinking ahead to plan and implement product changes on the back stock system.
  • The potential for wider admin responsibilities for the garden centre.
  • We operate an annualised hours system which can be spoken about in more detail at the interview.

Expected start date: ASAP

Salary: £9.10 per hour
